- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

- Pour hot honey over the beef, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, beef mixture, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and green onions. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
