Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Chop the fresh spinach into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and Parmesan cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Pour into the cheese and spinach mixture and stir until well combined.
Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
