Method
 

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice, then coat the chicken tenders. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the toppings by crumbling feta cheese and slicing cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken tenders for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Serve the chicken on a dish topped with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and fresh parsley.
