Ingredients
  

Broccoli
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets washed and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and almond flour. Add the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until cohesive.
  3. Add the chopped broccoli to the mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on the sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool before serving.
