Method
- Gather all ingredients and ensure cream cheese is softened. Chop spinach and artichokes, and mince garlic.
- Cook fresh spinach in a small pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, cooked spinach, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
