Ingredients
  

Creamy Base
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped or 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure cream cheese is softened. Chop spinach and artichokes, and mince garlic.
  2. Cook fresh spinach in a small pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, cooked spinach, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
