If making your own barbecue sauce, combine ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over medium, stirring until blended. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned. Prepare rice and steam broccoli while meatballs bake.
