Method
 

  1. Combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until combined and form into 8 patties.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Assemble sliders by placing a patty on a bun, adding lettuce, cucumber slices, and drizzling with bang bang sauce.
  4. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
